7-Day Exchange & Refund Policy
Due to our complimentary launch-period shipping, returns are not automatic and are reviewed individually.
We accept returns only if:
• The item has a genuine issue (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect item received)
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact
